The name “Csilla” means “star” in Hungarian and her registered name means “bright red star”. Csilla is a beautiful and extremely feminine girl with a heart of gold. She has a stable, sweet and even temperament and gets along with everyone, dogs and humans. As my boss once told me, “I don’t even like dogs, but I like your dog [Csilla].” She is a favorite wherever she goes for her friendliness, exuberance and “up for anything” attitude. Csilla’s temperament is “bulletproof” as verified by vets, trainers, handlers, house-guests and honestly and anyone who has come in contact with her. Csilla is a joy to live with.

Csilla finished her AKC Conformation Championship title with three Major wins, thank you to handler Erin Piercy for finishing Csilla with her last ten points (including two majors). Csilla comes from a very accomplished litter, one sister has an all breed Best in Show and Best In Specialty Show win, and a second is a two times Best in Specialty Show winner; four of five puppies from Csilla’s litter achieved their AKC Conformation titles.

Csilla whelped her first litter in January 2009 (Dallas x Csilla Litter) – and it’s apparent she has passed on her wonderful temperament, talent and beauty to her progeny.  At age 2, all have fabulous temperaments; and are accomplished Versatile Vizslas;  there is one Show Champion – with several others show pointed; as well as Junior Hunter, and another on the way.  Csilla whelped her second litter October 2010 (Rocky x Csilla Litter) and they have proven themselves in the Ring and Field.  One Show Champion (from BBE Class) under age one; two others Major Show Pointed, Two Junior Hunters – and three others on the way, and another competing in Rally Novice.  Csilla is a proven producer and details can be found on the individual puppy pages (links below).

Csilla’s 4-generation pedigree reflects a well-rounded and accomplished list of Vizslas who excelled in Conformation, Hunting, and Agility. Csilla is a grand-daughter of the top winning owner handled Vizsla in the history of the breed with with 14 Best in Show wins; 14x BIS 2x Nt’l BISS MBISS CH Russet Leather Warrior’s Mark JH ROM “Bismark”. Her pedigree also includes many other distinguished Vizslas known simply by their “call names”; Secret, Charger, Calla, Danny, Gator and Cutter.
